We require Full Time Sales Representatives in the border counties area specifically across County Louth delivering the door to door utility contract in the border regions for SSE Airtricity. We require self-starters who have previous door to door sales experience, are motivated with exceptional customer service skills and help customers in these areas control their energy costs. What you will do :

Work a predesignated territory plan working door to door generating new customer sales to agreed quality and compliance standards.

  • Deliver high level of Customer Service to assist in the conversion of sales to SSE
  • Promote the SSE brand and products including discounted offers, SSE rewards and benefits of renewal energy
  • Gather customer information during course of a sale accurately and input data into system via handheld tablet system
  • Develop customers relations and overcome objections
  • Provide Customer with information and explanation on the My SSE app.
  • Adhere to all Health amp; Safety procedures including those laid out by SSE on induction regarding quality and compliance
  • Assist with support to colleagues out on the field by mentoring to develop skillset on sales and product.
  • Understand and comply with all directions provided by office and the regular updates from SSE
  • Report directly to the sales trainer any incidents or questions regarding routes, role and working hours.
  • Complete surveys on handheld tablet once door knock has been completed with predetermined outcome
  • To deliver all aspects of quality and compliance in line with SSE
  • Achieve daily sales target as set out by Regional Sales Manager
