The role: Commercial Operations
Tenders:
- End to End Preparation of proposals and tenders
- Assisting commercial team draft appropriate responses to Clients as part of RFP and tender process
- Responsible for reviewing prepared Tamp;E proposals and tenders for commercial operations team
- Support with training for sales teams
- Drafting Addendums
- Following up for signature on all documents.
- Filing and administering contracts.
- Leading the development and ongoing use of Salesforce
- Accountable for reporting accuracy and continuously looking to improve the platform and how TBI use it.
- Consulting with line manager to develop and streamline the salesforce platform so an ROI is obtained
- Automation of commercial ops process to facilitate efficiency within the overall commercial team
- Supporting with pipeline management
- Responsible for training and developing colleagues on salesforce use
- Responsible for ensuring bug and fixes are addressed within team SLA
- Work to obtain formal salesforce accreditation
- Weekly and Month end reporting
- Supporting Line Manager with reporting on market exec team
- Docusign implementation and integration with salesforce
- Docusign Administrator
- Proofreading of commercial documents
- Supporting with the procurement of third-party contractors such as lead gen companies
- Supporting with Development of sales materials as and when the need arises
- Ad-Hoc duties as required.
Requirements
The skills that you have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in busy office environment
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and seek solutions to problems.
- Technically minded.
- Experienced in Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop professional relationships
- Ability to be careful and thorough about detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences of varying technical aptitudes
- Result and deadline driven.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, fluently in English.
