We are looking for a talented Diageo Business Development Representative for On Trade
The purpose of the role:
The role of the Business Development Representative is to develop new business and maximise sales across all products in his/her own territory.
Responsibilities:
- Be a representative and brand advocate of a major FMCG drinks brand
- Develop and deliver joint business plan for new account outlets
- To increase business and maximise sales for your own territory and that of your team
- Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets
- To understand and identify the needs of the customer
- Communicate effectively with management and your team
- Provide regular feedback/insights to your Line Manager
- Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance
- Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times
- To generate new ideas and ways of working
- To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
- To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Requirements
- Full driving licence is essential
- Previous experience in the Hospitality/On-Trade Channel
- A good understanding of the sector
- Excellent Interpersonal, Organisational and Communication Skills
- Technology Aware
- Attention to detail amp; target driven
- Must have energy and enthusiasm
