Job Description

As a product education specialist, you’ll play one of the key roles in Bizimply’s team. Working closely with the product team across different product lines, you’ll distill new features and products into digestible, easy to understand content for Bizimply customers and users. With multiple mediums at your disposal, you’ll use email, in-app messaging, our Bizimply university, webinars, and anything else appropriate - creating content that lets everyone find success with Bizimply’s product suite, helping our customers make every shift run like clockwork.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thoroughly understand systems and concepts and explain them in a clear manner in both written, video and illustration format
  • Familiarity with (or ability to learn quickly) the relevant technology tools like Loom, Intercom, Productboard, Figma, Wordpress etc
    • Note: training is of course provided, but any familiarity would be great
  • Customer orientation - can you empathise with the customer, understand the most important use cases for a given feature and communicate those concisely?
  • Comfortable editing video/screencasts, doing voiceovers and presenting to camera


Responsibilities
  • Host and manage weekly webinars, collaborating with the Customer Success team
  • Create marketing collateral required to communicate releases to customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment of customer communication
  • Create and maintain articles for the Bizimply Help Center to ensure they are inline with the current product
  • Use ProductBoard as part of customer communication regarding recent releases
  • Be the voice of product education within Bizimply. Ensure internal success when communicating any new releases
  • Work with allocated team members on Bizimply University. Create online content, video and written, to compile customer courses
  • Ensure feedback and requests from customers, testing and/or releases are communicated to the Product team and integrated into new feature planning
  • Create and manage Product Workshops with designers and product evangelist, providing constructive feedback from the voice of the customer
  • Provide feedback to designers via the Product Review process
  • Provide product training to new starters at Bizimply, ensuring a successful product onboarding experience
  • Provide holiday cover and additional to the Customer Support role when required
  • Assist the commercial teams with product related queries. Liaise with QA team regarding the escalation of items to bug status
