Job Description

Nobox is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager to manage and lead our fast-paced Recruitment Team operating in the Aviation Industry. Our client is an international organisation which specialises in a wide range of HR Services across Europe. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a career driven, ambitious, self-motivated, and determined individual to lead our Recruitment Team.

Our Cabin Crew Recruitment Team has a big impact on the way we hire talent, from interviewing to on-boarding, we are involved every step of the way providing support to our clients and candidates.

The successful candidate should have HR experience in the Recruitment sector including experience at supervisory/lead level and looking to move into a fast-paced and exciting environment. The successful candidate will manage a Talent Supervisor, and a team of Admins and remote Recruiters.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, collaborative and experienced recruitment professional who is capable of balancing multiple priorities and making fast decisions. This role requires someone who has a strong worth ethic, excellent communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and who is prepared to immerse themselves in all aspects of the Recruitment Department. In order to be successful, candidates should have a good knowledge of volume recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, and client relationship management.

Duties include:-

  • Manage and lead the full recruitment function.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders internally and within our client’s management team to design and implement talent strategies.
  • First point of contact for all recruitment activities.
  • Monitor department KPI’s and ensure sufficient measures are in place to meet goals.
  • Identify the root cause of issues and utilise problem-solving techniques to swiftly implement solutions.
  • Maintain and manage effective sourcing strategies to support and meet our client’s manpower requirements in the UK and Europe.
  • Prepare and maintain data reports and recruitment metrics on a daily basis.
  • Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Oversee distribution of daily tasks and provide regular updates on productivity to the senior management team.
  • Adhere to deadlines by communicating expectations to team members and setting clear performance goals.
  • Inter-department communication to ensure effective transfer of information.
  • Conduct interviews and attend Assessment Centres when required.
  • Oversee all marketing and sourcing campaigns.

Requirements

  • HR experience in the Recruitment sector including experience at a supervisory/lead level.
  • Fluent in English both written and oral.
  • Leadership experience in a high-growth company is preferred. Experience working with high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced customer focused environment is essential.

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products with a particular focus on Excel and Candidate Management Systems.
