Job Description

The main focus of this role is to provide best in class administrative support and insights to the Client, Client Service Manager and Field Sales Managers to ensure excellence in Clients Retail Execution Programmes. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of We Care, We are Curious, We Achieve Together at all times, both internally and externally with the Clients, whilst delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities.

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

Supporting the Field Sales Teams with administrative support to enable them do the best possible job in field, while ensuring our clients have the necessary administrative support as required.

Client Operations support:

• To assist in achieving all of the program key performance indicators.

• Support National Field Sales Manager in all aspects of program delivery.

• Continual analysis of current operations, procedures, processes and improvements along with defining appropriate business solutions to realise the business goals.

• Identify opportunities to improve operating process and system improvements, and initiatives to add value to the field programs

• Identify insights and learnings from multiple sources including field activity, competitor activity and other CPM clients.

• Provide leadership and support to Field Teams and tactical execution teams.

• Asset management and efficiency tracking of team assets

• Support NAM in creating key program documentation and maintaining updated project records as required by the CPM Client Way.

• Field execution journey planning ensuring accuracy and maximum efficiency.

System and Data Analytics

• Develop a strong knowledge of the all program reporting platforms to deliver optimum solutions.

• Concise system reporting and quality check of all outputs.

• Field Accompaniments to ensure system solutions are adequate and accurate. To evaluate field activity and identify system training needs, then offering training solutions.

• Data manipulation and analytics to identify trends and insights that can positively influence delivering program KPIs

• PowerBi system management, with overall responsibility for data integrity and dashboard development

• Return on investment analytics through sales data manipulation ensuring that maximum sales value is delivered through the program

Field Activation Planning and sales tools creation:

• Support field planning process by attending and capturing actions at the monthly grocery CHOPS meeting following up with team GSK teams as required to ensure clear plan in place for CPM to execute. This will be the process for the dental team quarterly.

• Create Chops presentation deck for monthly amp; quarterly review and delivery

• Create selling tools for CPM grocery team:

• Create all AIS forms for each National Account customer -Grocery (monthly)

• Create all Close Sheets for each National Account customer Grocery (monthly)

• Create Grocery Leaflet amp; manage POS catalogue for CPM Field Team (monthly)

• Ordering and distribution of POS, Premia amp; Samples (Grocery amp; Dental) (as needed)

Reporting requirements

Manage National Account trackers to ensure all field selling and execution reports are updated and shared as required:

• Run the BWG Easy Order Report (monthly)

• Update the Value Centre MSD Incentive Tracker (when needed) and ensure tracker is shared with CPM amp; GSK CBM

• Update Premia Deal Trackers (monthly) and ensure tracker is shared with CPM amp; relevant GSK CBMs

• Collate amp; maintain the Super Valu Transfer orders promptly (monthly)

• Collate amp; maintain the Super Valu Ladder Activation Trackers (monthly) and share with CPM amp; GSK CBM, also to be presented at CHOPs meeting on YTD Spend and YTG Budget.

• Collate YTD Trackers on Volume (monthly)

• Dunnes daily activation report during sell in week to GSK CBM

• Liaise with Dunnes CBM to ensure Dunnes targets per cycle are in place

• Create commissions reports for Multiples amp; Convenience Teams (Monthly)

• Preparation and distribution of Client Reports as per Agreed Contract Timelines

• Understanding any information/insights from the reports that we do so that we can help our sales teams and clients with useful insights to help us sell more products in field/store.

• Assist the Client Service Manager with presentations for clients to summarise our sales teams performance

General Account Administrative Responsibilities

Coordinate activity to ensure the field teams have all they need to do their roles in field

Issue resolution and assistance with field and client queries on a daily
