About the Role:

We are looking for a colleague who would support Prodensa growth on the European market.

Your main objective will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. We are looking for a proactive 'hunter' with 'farming' skills!

To be successful in this role, you should have previous proven client aquisition experience developing leads and meeting sales goals. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

Location: Ireland / EU / Great Britain, remote

Possible Cooperation Forms: permanent employment or B2B / freelance contract full-time or part-time


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek opportunities for new client aquisition
  • Manage business development activities for the company
  • Take part in defining the company marketing strategy
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Contact potential clients through calls and emails
  • Set up meetings with the potential clients
  • Present the company to potential clients and during the BD events
  • Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Report to the Europe Manager and North American headquarters

Requirements

We require:

  • 3+ years of direct sales focused work experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and business network in CEE / Western and/or Northern Europe
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Experience with sales CRM software
  • Good familiarity with MS Excel (creating and analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Full language proficiency in English (minimum C1, Proficiency Level or native)
  • Fluency in other languages like German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian are an advantage
