We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for an Administrator to join our team at our head office in Ballymount, Dublin 22. This position will be office-based five days per week in Ballymount.
We are looking to hire an energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious person for the position of Administrator. This role would suit someone who wants to gain valuable experience in a busy office and who is enthusiastic to learn and grow within the company. The candidate will be carrying out ad hoc office duties, data entry and general administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
The role will see the successful candidate work across multiple departments assisting with day-to-day office tasks, including the Travel amp; Accommodation Department. You will provide support with regards to the accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner, according to project schedules. You will assist our Travel Coordinator with arranging hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords and estate agents while also assisting with logging and maintaining all accommodation records, spreadsheets and calendars.
This position will also require you to cover the reception desk from 1-2pm and 4-5pm on a daily basis and also during holidays.
