Job Description
This full-time 6 month contract role based in our Tivoli offices, in Cork.
The role will be reviewed in September with a potential for a permanent role.
The successful candidate will have strong Administrative experience and excellent telephone manner.
Reporting to the Transport Manager you will :
Act as support and liaison with Drivers, and internal and external customers
Manage account queries.
Reconciliation of deliveries; inwards and outwards.
Preparation of attendance and working hours sheets for Payroll preparation
Data analysis and reporting for stock control
Support other team members with an enthusiastic, approachable attitude.
Filing and administration.
Any other duties requested in line with Team Leader and Company objectives.
Requirements
Strong administrative experience preferably in a Transport office.
Excellent telephone manner.
Good Excel skills
Previous experience in Payroll preparation would be an advantage.
