Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Headcount Manager to join the Flight Ops Dept of Europe's Largest Airline Group.
This is a brand-new opportunity based at our Group Head Office in Dublin, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the headcount and movement for over 6000 pilots across our ever expanding base network.
Main Duties / Responsibilities;
- Daily review of innovative ways to increase Pilot base moves
- Manage Direct Entry Pilot, Command Upgrade and Cadet base assignments
- Act as the connection between Flight Ops Base Management amp; Pilot Rostering
- Oversight of the Command Upgrade process and pipeline
- Knowledge of collective labour agreement compliance on Pilot moves/hiring
- Travel to East Midlands Training Centre (UK) once per week to meet and engage with new entrant pilots.
- Headcount communications to Pilots
- Reviewing Pilot productivity attendance, contracts, part times etc
- Pilot retention initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in headcount management
- Knowledge of rostering and experience in analytics
- Ability to work across teams to deliver shared goals
- Understanding of Pilot lifecycle is desirable
