The Role

Requirements

We are currently seeking a permanent Financial Planning and Analysis (FPamp;A) Manager to join our team based in Swords, Dublin on a temporary fixed term contract. The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years relevant PQE.

Please find a detailed list of responsibilities;

  • Assisting with the annual budgeting process;
  • Supporting the Head of FPamp;A with weekly internal management reporting including preparation of weekly forecast Pamp;L and cashflow;
  • Identify and investigate variances to forecast, budget, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Supporting the Airport Invoice Authorisers team with interpretation of airport contracts, cost and revenue calculations;
  • Business Partnering with various departments across the Group;
  • Assisting with long term financial planning (Cash, Pamp;L, Balance Sheet) for the Group;
  • Reviewing cost control initiatives;
  • Ad-hoc duties amp; projects.


Excellent analytical skills are essential. The candidate should be commercially focussed and able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills. FPamp;A or business partnering experience is preferable. The candidate should have an ability to plan and prioritise tasks and work within agreed timescales.

Experience with SAP accounting system and Airpas are desirable. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
