We are looking for a Video Production Lead to join our growing Social and Creative Content Team. Video is a crucial format in Ryanair marketing and communications. The team aim to take video up another level for the brand and business to drive awareness, salience and cut through.
As a Creative Lead on the Ryanair team, you're expected to take a creative concept and makes it a reality, as well as coach the team to drive the creativity, entertainment and cut through of Ryanair video content across multiple touchpoints.
Day to day you will:
- Working with Head of Social and Creative Content to build and develop a style/approach to Ryanair video content across key marketing channels that lives and breathes Ryanair tone as a disrupter.
- Work with Social Media Lead and Design Lead as a creative leadership team to develop creatively chaotic ideas for key projects on a month-to-month basis.
- Own and run the video team, its pipeline of projects from start to finish, being fully responsible for scheduling, resource management and prioritization.
- Define the creative direction for work across multiple projects and drive teams to the successful creation of high-quality video content,
- Be responsible for the end-to-end video design process from concept to delivery for each project.
- Bring starter ideas down to earth, helping turn strategic vision into creative concepts in collaboration with different teams with the marketing and communications department.
- Understand the objectives of stakeholders (internal and external partnership) and provide strategic direction where necessary to direct video content and responses to a brief
- Lead and mentor the video team to build the core skills required to set a new standard by the video production team while fostering a positive atmosphere of creativity
- Partner with colleagues in other teams to ensure that project expectations, parameters, and process are mutually understood and met, and that the solution meets creative amp; strategy objectives.
- Establish and maintain a leading support network of preferred partners, freelancers and suppliers to assist when needed on the skills
Requirements
- 5+ years of video, creative direction or production experience, 1+ years in a senior/lead role in a high-fast paced environment.
- Command of standard design applications (i.e. Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Production Management experience: Team, production, budget and timeline ownership and mgmt., strong creative eye and sensibility
- Strong stakeholder, project and people management skills
- Concept Ideation: Create innovative video concepts through processes that encourage free thinking and creativity without boundaries. Storyboard skills a bonus
