Ryanair’s Legal amp; Regulatory Affairs Department deals with a wide range of legal and regulatory issues, both at the national level across Ryanair’s network and at European level. The Department is also responsible for Company Secretarial and Public Affairs duties.

The Legal amp; Regulatory Affairs Department is now offering a full-time position to a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience.

Requirements

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Legal and will work closely with the Data Protection Officer. Working within a multinational team, the successful candidate will be expected to assist with:

  • Corporate compliance matters;
  • Privacy matters, including interactions with authorities and managing legal proceedings.

Expertise and experience:

  • MAR and company secretarial matters in a listed company;
  • GDPR and e-privacy in a large international consumer-facing organisation


Skills and qualifications:

  • An LL.M in EU law;
  • Knowledge of one of the major European languages in addition to English
  • Outstanding drafting skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and show initiative.


This role will be based in Ryanair’s Dublin Office in Airside Business Park, Swords, Co. Dublin.
