We are looking for driven, mission focused leaders to own our solution for our key markets and to lead a team of market content creators building that solution.
You will play a leadership role in designing and creating the Fenergo solutions which our clients use to achieve their business goals, working with all areas of Fenergo product and client services to take on board customer and user feedback which drives the evolution of our market solutions. You will also nurture the next generation of solution leads, coordinating your teams work and keeping them motivated to produce world class solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have deep domain knowledge of client lifecycle management, customer onboarding and KYC with an emphasis on at least one of the core Fenergo target markets. You should have a passion for implementing efficient solutions and you should love working directly with end users to gather feedback. Finally, to be successful you will need to love to lead teams and develop people.
Responsibilities
Thought Leadership
- Offer thought leadership on the vision and direction for Fenergo products in your market verticals and work closely with product managers and engineering leaders to highlight the needs for innovation and improvement coming from clients in your market verticals.
- Own the client to product relationship for clients operating in your market verticals, championing the benefits of Fenergo solutions over customization or reconfiguration of our product solutions.
- Represent the product and market solution in sales and prospect meetings with institutions operating in your market verticals, you will be seen as the foremost Fenergo expert in your market verticals.
- Represent Fenergo in industry events and conferences related to your market verticals, you should be the face of Fenergo for your client base.
Solution Design
- Be an expert in using the Fen-X product to configure solutions including Journeys, Policies, Risk Models and Logical Rules
- Own the design and definition of world class product solutions to real business problems which exist now and will exist in the future for institutions in your market verticals.
- Lead a team of configuration experts who produce end to end solutions for your market vertical and measure the success of those solutions in the market by tracking their adoption by real users.
- Work closely with product and engineering to solve problems using existing features and functionality while helping to define new capabilities which can move our product forward.
