Position

Working within the Product team, you will help create and craft the user experience for Glass Lewis customers. You will use research and product design skills to identify and develop visual solutions to customer problems in existing and new products.

You will work within brand guidelines (colour, aesthetics, shape, font) while also utilizing your own creative capacity and a love for visual storytelling to bring new ideas to the products and branding materials.

Operating in an Agile environment, you will work closely with our engineering teams to produce innovative designs that balance usability with consistency and clarity. Your approach will be to use an iterative design methodology, to constantly test, learn and validate.

  • Collaborate with customers, product owners, business stakeholder and development teams to design better user experiences, based on research and validated data.
  • Evolve the identity and brand of Glass Lewis in visual communications, maintaining a library of design materials for supporting the marketing and sales of our products.
  • Drive the design process through iterations, leading design sessions, gaining consensus, and articulating thinking from whiteboard sketches to high-fi interactive prototypes.
  • Create product designs, low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, logos, icons, and other design deliverables to convey your ideas and solutions.
  • Proactively identify pain points and tackle UX problems for our customers.
  • Contribute to process documentation, design guidelines, component libraries, and best practices.
  • Use digital standards and style guides to ensure design consistency across products.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing and apply learnings to designs.
