Position

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Senior Product Manager to join our Product team to help build industry-leading features, tools and products for our corporate clients. We offer flexible working in a collaborative, innovative and diverse environment.



Responsibilities


  • As a member of the Product team, serve as the Senior Product Manager with overall product management responsibility for our suite of Corporate Solutions.
  • Skills and responsibilities include:
    • A product-led and customer-focused individual who enjoys problem solving and working collaboratively cross functionally to deliver best in class solutions for our clients.
    • Be both strategic and tactical, responsible for setting and evangelizing our product vision.
    • Acts as primary liaison partnering with cross functional teams (Technology, Research, PMO (Program Management Office), Operations, Client Services, Marketing, Sales, etc).
    • Supports the identification of the vision and strategy. Aligns product priorities, works closely with the product owner and development team to prioritize, manage scope, budget, and time.
    • Partners with Quality / Testing to ensure product delivered is to the highest standards and ensures output is demonstrable and aligned to objectives.
    • A focus for continuous improvement, working with the team to refine the process, identify areas for improvement, and support the sprint.
    • Evaluate product progress at each iteration, be accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product, playing a primary role in inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration.
    • Establish deep Product Manager / Product Owner alignment understanding, anticipating customer and market needs.
    • Be the product subject matter expert for your domain, drive scale and adoption of the product globally, clearly communicate vision and goals of the product
    • Establish detailed business requirements and specifications for existing and new services and products
    • Proactively identify gaps in the current product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value
    • Participate in client facing discussions as required, providing feedback, learn, evaluate, and apply in defining product
    • Perform triage on critical issues, escalating as necessary and communicating consistently and clearly with all concerned parties
    • Participate in user experience iterations and help conduct user research to test product enhancements

Requirements

  • BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or similar relevant field or equivalent previous working experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
  • 4 to 7 years of Product Management/ Business Analyst experience in an Agile development environment
  • Business and technical expertise necessary to work independently with stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, particularly Scrum and Kanban
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Conscious documenter, ensuring knowledge sharing and transfer through each stage of the product development process
  • Strong analytical skills for evidence-based decision making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Empathy for internal and external customer needs
  • Self-managed and motivated; detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with JIRA,
  • Experience with Miro, SQL and SSMS desired but not mandatory
