Job Description

JOB PURPOSE/ PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Kepak Foods Division are looking for a Senior Brand Manger to join our talented foodservice marketing team to take responsibility for the execution of our brand amp; customer activation across our foodservice business. Within this role you will be able to get a varied, hands-on experience and further develop your marketing expertise. If you are a result-oriented, self-starter looking to join a dynamic team, this opportunity is ideal for you. The role will require travel for key tradeshows, distributor/customer meetings.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

INTERNAL

  • Reports to Head of Marketing Foodservice.
  • Working closely with the wider Marketing, Category, Sales, Innovation, Technical, Supply chain amp; Finance Teams.

EXTERNAL

  • Key Account Customers amp; Distributor Partners
  • Marketing Agency Partners amp; Industry Bodies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execution of the foodservice annual marketing activation plan across all territories.
  • Responsible for ensuring all the enablers are in place for the successful activation of the annual marketing plans (including support material for the sales team and activation with our distributor partners amp; key account customers)
  • Own manage and deliver B2B marketing campaigns from concept to completion aligned to the overall business objectives, focusing the team on strong ROI.
  • Responsible for producing compelling trade sell in and strong market launch, activation plans for new product development projects.
  • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure delivery of brand KPIs and objectives.
  • Lead cross functional projects (internally and externally) managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Work with the relevant sales team to develop amp; rollout strategic key account plans with key customer partners.
  • Mange relationships with 3rd Party marketing agencies.
  • Management of Marketing budget including ongoing tracking amp; reporting of spend.
  • Make a strong contribution to culture, process amp; ways of working within the marketing team in line with our goals to continually develop the marketing function in line with best practice

Requirements

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree level qualification in marketing
  • 3-5 years marketing experience, (Food /FMCG/Drinks sector experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience in new product development launches
  • Team player with experience of working in cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on attitude. Ability to manage detail to deliver ‘execution with excellence’
  • Creative problem solver
  • Proven track record in successful campaign management
  • Experience with Salesforce /CRM systems desirable
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
