Job Description
Reporting to the CPM Marketing Manager and part of a dynamic team you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact with the opportunity to participate in all Marketing touchpoints across the business. The key aim of this role is to raise awareness of the CPM brand and services via campaigns and projects with responsibility for the digital channels including social media, e-mail marketing and website. This is a B2B Marketing role with an emphasis on content creation, insight collation and presentation in addition to custodian of creative assets and all marketing credentials. The role requires a creative minded individual who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Supporting the client services teams to grow the CPM brand this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketeer with a strong business acumen.
Requirements
Role and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of CPM’s Marketing plan
- Organisation, planning and delivery of CPM events
- Idea generation and creation of blog content
- Monitor and collate latest market, competitor and sector insights and present for client services teams
- Monitoring performance of all marketing campaigns across all channels
- Updating databases and using HubSpot CRM system
- Working with third party suppliers as required
- Supporting the New Business Manager on various projects as required
- Operations and administration support for Marketing amp; New Business Department
- · Creation and management of online content in line with Group Corporate Guidelines and management of the digital calendar
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with a creative flair
- Proficiency in Graphic Design would be a marked advantage
- Excellent verbal amp; written communication skills
- Highly motivated with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
- IT skills, including social media and video editing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
