- Bizimply is a HR Tech company, with Sales and Marketing teams across the UK and Ireland.
We create B2B software that specializes in developing workforce management and HR solutions for the hospitality, retail, care, and service industries.
Our killer product, manages the scheduling, time amp; attendance, shift management, HR amp; payroll headaches, for companies including Vodafone, Starbucks, and KFC.
We are looking for the right person to join our team: somebody who has the personality and skills to help us to move to the next level.

As a passionate and talented Digital Content Marketer, you will be helping to shape our marketing strategy to drive our growth. You will be driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our services across all channels, and position Bizimply as an industry expert.
- Create communications campaigns and engaging content to disseminate and amplify the Bizimply message
- Support the Bizimply Marketing and Sales teams' campaigns
- Translating technical information into commercial writing that is easily understandable
- Interview industry experts, product managers, customers and other relevant authorities to create engaging content
- Implementing SEO best practices
- Use analytics data and insights to understand content performance and inform decisions, measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns and reporting on this to the marketing team
- Engage with Bizimply's Public Relations and Analyst Relations services
- Attend events when necessary, and report and amplify Bizimply's messaging
- Managing ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Fantastic copywriting skills and a passion for technology
- A creative and innovative approach to content.
- Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining 100% accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional organisational, analytical and data management skills
- Passion for social media and up to date on latest trends
- Best-in-class presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s level education or equivalent in Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing
