This new partnership sees an enlarged organization with the Ramp;D, engineering, and commercial capacity to lead the transition to digital. We are searching for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time role where you’ll be working with a diverse team based in Ireland, Australia, the USA and worldwide. The Business Operations Analyst reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with leadership and other key stakeholders across the business to optimize day-to-day operations and support on company-wide strategic initiatives.

Core Goals and Responsibilities:


The BizOps team acts as an internal consulting agency, working with all teams to identify areas for improvement to action positive change. In your role as Business Operations Analyst you will work closely with leadership and other key stakeholders on critical cross-company projects. This is a great opportunity for a talented generalist passionately keen to optimize operational efficiency and work on company-wide strategic initiatives. The role covers the following key areas:

  • Operations Contact: Act as a central point of contact for operational queries from employees, answering queries or directing them to appropriate resources
  • Internal Knowledge Management
    • Maintain and ensure employees are utilizing our internal resources such as documents, process templates, internal knowledge base/wiki.
    • Maintain core governance of wider operational practices and documents.
  • Project amp; Operational Support:
    • Support and oversee the delivery of company-wide projects and maintain operational processes, ensuring the highest levels of stakeholder satisfaction and results.
    • Support cross-functional teams on the adoption and embedding of operational changes and existing processes, procedures and ways of working.
  • Continuous Improvement amp; Problem Solving: Analyze business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess the feasibility and recommend new approaches for Learnosity's tooling, practices amp; procedures.
  • Research, Data amp; Reporting: Assist in research and reporting, including the development of presentations and supporting information for business cases.
  • Generalist: Take ownership of any other operational duties and business needs as required to meet Learnosity’s operational needs and help the company streamline processes and scale efficiently

Experience and Skills

Must haves:

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company, where you have demonstrated your ability to work proactively and autonomously, as well as within cross-functional teams.
  • An aptitude for analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and comfortable digging into data
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Familiarity with Project Management principles, comfortable leading projects from beginning to end
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and research.
  • Experience with business improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management skills
  • Willingness and high aptitude for quickly learning new systems, processes and policies.

It would be great if you had:

  • Google Workspace, Confluence amp; Slack experience
  • Tableau or other data visualization software experience
