OVERVIEW?
Manna is seeking an experienced Safety amp; Training Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Ireland and take on the responsibility of implementing and monitoring our safety program into our next phase of growth to SAIL 3 amp; 4.
This person will carry out and manage all actions defined in our manuals and ensure there is evidence of completion and follow-up. Training management amp; delivery in specific job functions under the operating licence is an additional function of this position.
Our operations are based in Balbriggan, County Dublin and in Moorock, County Offaly, with offices in NEXUS Building in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4.

THE JOB IN 2 BULLETS
- Responsibility for ensuring everything committed to the management system documents is carried out and that findings are pursued.
- Training delivery in specific job functions under the operating licence and overall training management and associated records.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Safety Inspections and Safety Audits
- Follow up on actions arising from the inspections and audits
- Chair the Safety Committee
- Maintain all records of the safety management system
- Monitor Key performance indicators in the safety area
- Produce reports as required by the Safety Post-Holder
- Produce the Annual Safety Report
- Ensure a safety management system is functioning in Manna
- Achieve ISO 9000 for operating licence
- Draft training syllabi and materials for Ops
- Deliver training across Manna as required
- Manage the training function for the Post-Holder
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS amp; EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience working in Safety management or similar
- Proven experience in people management and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Mature understanding of operations environment
- Attention to detail in all records
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS amp; EXPERIENCE
Experience/Understanding of Easy Access Rules for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Regulations (EU) 2019/947 and 2019/945)
- A strong understanding of safety and compliance standards
- A clear understanding of the requirements of a safety management system in Manna
- Delivery of Training Programs
