We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative for On Trade to work with our client Diageo.
The role will be based in the Donegal, Sligo, Mayo area.
The purpose of the role:
The role of the Business Development Representative is to develop new business and maximise sales across all products in his/her own territory. The role will involve calling into pubs across the territory to increase distribution and build relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Be a representative and brand advocate for Diageo
- Develop and deliver joint business plans for new account outlets
- To increase business and maximise sales for your own territory and that of your team
- Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets
- To understand and identify the needs of the customer
- Communicate effectively with management and your team
- Provide regular feedback/insights to your Line Manager
- Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance
- Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times
- To generate new ideas and ways of working
- To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
- To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Qualifications:?
- Full driving licence is essential?
- Previous experience in the Hospitality/On-Trade Channel a major plus
- A good understanding of the Drinks/Hospitality sector
- Excellent Interpersonal, Organisational and Communication Skills
- Ability to use technology for reporting and communicating
- Attention to detail is a must
- Target driven with an ambitious mind set
- Must have energy and enthusiasm
