Airline Flight Academy, flight training partner for several airline clients including Ryanair and Lauda Europe are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator with 1+ years’ experience (desired) to come onboard and join the Pilot Recruitment team. This role will be based in Swords.
The Role:
This position will offer candidates the opportunity to progress their career in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a pilot recruitment administrator at AFA, you will play an important role in ensuring we offer pilots the best in class recruitment service.
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- Manage ATS system and job boards.
- Screen cv's and pipeline talent.
- Plan SIM/HR assessment days.
- Draft and issue training agreements
- Manage candidate queries.
- Ensure all pilot assessments planned for the year are filled in advance.
- Work closely with the pilot recruitment team to ensure targets are met.
- Weekly reporting to the department Manager on all duties in your area.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Adaptable to a fast paced always changing environment.
- Team player (this is a big one for us).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Efficient at multi-tasking.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
