About the role:
- Build the Paid Media team from the ground up
- Develop, execute, manage and report on paid media strategies that support client goals
- Stay on top of emerging trends, make suggested improvements to related service offerings and keep internal resources up to date
- Define new aspects of our services, process changes and how these may work as part of an integrated approach across the business
- Assist with running beta and pilot projects with early stage service offerings in paid media
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid media
- Experience with paid marketing on TikTok
- Managed a minimum of $10M / year in ad spend
- Technical skills in order to execute on site developments, optimization, testing and integrations
