We are currently looking for an EMEA Payroll Manager to be based at our Ballymount headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the weekly payroll for the staff that are on-site, i.e. tools staff
- Preparation of the monthly information for submittal to the payroll providers, i.e. Starters/Leavers
- Ensuring all staff are registered in the jurisdiction and updating the trackers
- Handle all payroll queries i.e. work permits, A1’s, EHIC cards
- Manage monthly expense claims forms
- Skills, qualification amp; experience:
- Experience in a similar role, with the use of Sage and Softworks advantageous
- Previous experience with International Payroll highly desired
- Must be IPASS certified
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint amp; Project
- The EMEA Payroll Manager will manage the payroll team while overseeing processing end to end payroll for the staff within several European jurisdictions.
