Job Title: Customer Service Administrator, Foodservice Solutions

Job Purpose: The customer service administrator will be part of a team responsible for providing the end-to-end supply chain function to a high level to ensure a world-class Supply Chain Fulfilment process. They will be first point of contact for our customer regarding placement of orders, as well as order and delivery queries.
Requirements
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer order processing and invoicing in line with company deadlines.
- Scheduling delivery of orders in line with the customer’s route delivery schedules.
- Liaising with third party service providers daily to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Responding to requests and proactively dealing with complex issues as the arise.
- Returns: tracking and sending returns form for input on return system, dealing with finance queries in relation to shortages.
- Recording and tracking issues in distribution - additional orders, late orders, special deliveries.
- Supporting the team in achievement of corporate KPI’s.
- Working with cross-functional teams including Technical, NPD, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Sales.

Experience and competencies:
- Minimum 1 2 years previous customer service experience is essential.
- Experience using MS Office suite particularly Excel amp; PowerPoint is required.
- Experience using ERP Systems is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- A positive can-do attitude.
