This full-time 3 month contract role based in our Tivoli offices, in Cork. The successful candidate will have had previous Customer Service Experience and excellent telephone manner.
The job holder will provide excellent customer support services until Easter 2023.
Act as support and liaison with Drivers, internal and external customers.
Respond to all customer enquiries in depot and on phone/email/CRM.
Manage account queries.
Reconciliation of deliveries; inwards and outwards.
Data analysis and reporting for stock control
Support other team members with an enthusiastic, approachable attitude.
Filing and administration.
Any other duties requested in line with Team Leader and Company objectives.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent telephone voice.
Good Excel skills
