Job Description
Co-ordinate PMO status reporting from all project managers consolidating that data and assisting with summary reports for Senior stakeholders Support the creation and maintenance of PMO documentation and update shared folders. Support the preparation of PMO KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) reports and presentations. Ensure that formal project and PMO processes are adhered to and identify potential improvements Coordinating project schedules and resources and identifying potential risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies Knowledge and experience of financial tracking and ability to analyse and interpret financial data and report on variances. Effective communication to explain project plans and engage with stakeholders at all levels across the Organisation Responsible for monitoring, tracking and filing of all project documents Act as the super user and point of contact for the Cora PPM tool. Roll out training as and when required, oversee ticket management and resolution of technical issues, and develop and implement dashboards, registers and logs within the system to drive efficiencies and encourage user adoption.Requirements
A minimum of three years' experience working in Project Management Office support role Experience participating in multi-disciplinary teams and to work independently (with limited supervision) Experience with Microsoft Office suiteDesirable experiences:
Experience working in the public and private sector Experience using a project lifecycle and Stage Gate framework Experience with a Portfolio and Project Management system Job Specification
