CPM Ireland is currently hiring Charity Ambassadors on behalf of our charity account who want to be agents of change for world’s poorest people by informing, inspiring, and engaging with the Irish public about the crucial work done by Trocaire in aims to inspire them to not only provide life-changing support for people in the developing world, but also to continue building knowledge, belief, and support in Ireland for global justice by taking action.

This role would provide you with a chance to contribute amp; represent a well-known Irish charity, Trocaire, which aims to bring about a better tomorrow for us all by supporting people and communities to tackle the root causes of poverty, injustice and violence and to use their own power to create positive and lasting change.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager

About You:

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

  • Achieve agreed KPIs
  • Deliver sales targets
  • Build rapport and trust with Customers
  • Complete applications accurately on behalf of the Customer
  • Adhere to all compliance and GDPR standards
  • Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to customers at their home
  • Maximise conversion in the territory through effective journey planning
  • Ensure expert knowledge of your product and that of competitors’
  • Provide accurate, on time daily reports on activity and sales

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
  • Proactively research new and existing products and services from competitors on an on-going basis and be confident in the benefits of your product versus the competition
  • Represent CPM and our Client in a consistently professional manner
  • Daily updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
  • Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as requested by your line manager

Requirements

Experience:

  • Proven track record/ experience of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment
  • Previous Door to Door experience desired, but not necessary
  • Effective time management skills
  • Unshakable interpersonal amp; communication skills.
