Job Description

Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real-time. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks.

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of human resources for the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, ideally with experience in a startup or high-growth environment. They will be a proactive and strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

This is a broad role and will cover aspects including:

  • Lead the talent acquisition process, including developing and implementing recruiting strategies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires
  • Ownership of the employee onboarding process
  • Oversee benefits and compensation programs, including negotiations with benefit providers and analysing market trends
  • Lead the performance management process and review cycle, including salary benchmarking, performance goal setting and providing feedback/coaching to employees/managers
  • Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations
  • Develop employee retention strategy to support the highest levels of staff retention and satisfaction
  • Development of the Circit employer branding and website careers page
  • Ensure compliance with, and advise management on employment law issues domestically and internationally
  • Contribution to the culture and working environment of Circit, to include the flexible work plan and wellbeing and employee engagement activities.


You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required.

  • 3rd level Qualification in Human Resources Management;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR role, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
  • Prior experience in a startup or high growth environment is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational skills amp; ability to multi task;
  • Proactive and strategic thinker
  • Ability to use own initiative and to manage projects from initial concept to delivery.

This role is based in Dublin, and will be a hybrid of remote and working in our city centre office.
