Job Description

The Project Implementation Lead is responsible for supporting the Project Implementation Manager in carrying out and the overseeing of administrative duties in the team with a particular focus on building a reporting framework, project reporting, process implementation. This is a specified purpose contractto cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Implementation Manager
  • Working with the Construction Directors, the Project Implementation Manager and other departments to develop and collate reports for the projects
  • Creating and maintaining project related trackers on an ongoing basis
  • Drafting emails and correspondence as required
  • Working with project teams to ensure adherence to document management processes and site reporting requirements
  • Creating/amending templates as required for the projects and rolling out of same
  • Creating and maintaining packages on Aconex for live projects containing all relevant templates for the project
  • Other adhoc duties as may be required by the company
  • Track the minutes of project meetings for relevant sites
  • Track tasks and project actions, measure, and report progress
  • Producing reports as required by the Project Implementation Manager
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting the Project Implementation Manager with creating and maintaining the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) for the relevant projects
  • Assisting the Project Implementation Manager with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures currently working on Taking in Charge
  • Assisting the Project Implementation Manager with the upload and management of all construction related project documents to Aconex in line with the TIDP

Requirements

  • 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience as a Site Clerk/Site Administrator or similar role desirable but not essential
  • Qualification in a construction related discipline desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of construction industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office specifically MS Excel amp; MS Visio
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines
  • Flexibility in a team environment and a willingness to take on extra work as required is essential
  • You may be required to work outside normal hours on occasion
  • Fluent English and strong written amp; oral communication skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, energetic and solutions focused
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
