SilverBack Staffing is looking for a full-time Electrical Supervisor, on a exciting project in Europe. Here you will work directly for the end client supervising work completed by contractors. The role comes with a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, creating work schedules, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting system issues. You may also be required to maintain and repair the electrical equipment used on-site.
In your first few weeks in this Electrical Supervisor role, you can expect to:
- Overview the design and implementation of work schedules for the electrical contractors on site, providing motivation and assistance when necessary
- Inspect and assess the work done by the contractors and subcontractors
- Read and interpret design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems
To apply for this electrical supervisor role, you will need a degree in electrical engineering or a similar field and proven work experience as an electrical supervisor. You will also require the following:
- Leadership and managerial skills
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
