About the role
This role is perfect for someone who is driven by getting things right first time for our customers. A key role in ensuring that our customers can apply easily and effectively to shop with Very.ie.
This role requires a keen eye for detail while working at pace. Checking our customers documentation to ensure that any issues are followed up promptly and effectively. You will be a good communicator as you will be required to follow up across different areas of our business to ensure a great experience for our customers. You should have great follow up skills and a drive to ensure priority work is completed.
As part of our Operations team, you will form part of a vital cog in the journey of our customers. Working alongside a passionate and focused team who always have the customer at the heart of everything they do, leaving no stone unturned in their drive for improvement.
We are recruiting for 2 fixed term contracts until 30th June 2023. Working pattern will be 20 hours across three days, over the full week. Will include alternate weekend working and some public holidays
