Westerwood Global provides service solutions ranging from entrylevel to experienced personnel, within high tech manufacturing facilities. We are a trusted partner for the world’s leading semiconductor companies and are looking for a qualified electrician to join our PAT Testing team.

Purpose of the role
As a PAT Tester you will perform electrical activities in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while supporting the Customer in key areas throughout the manufacturing process. Your goal will be to adhere to facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety and quality. Your success will contribute to the facilities overall throughput while simultaneously developing your own skills in a coveted and highly technical industry.
Requirements
- Electrically qualified and a time served electrician
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to work a regular working week (Monday Friday) 39 hours
- Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment, which will involve the wearing of a gown and relevant personal protective equipment
What you will be doing
- Coordinate activities on equipment with colleagues, clients, and other vendors
- Supporting scheduled preventative maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Supporting the Customer’s maintenance activities ensuring delivery of specified availability performance metrics
- Maintaining cleanroom and company protocols
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
- Performing quality checks in line with process specifications
- Using MS Office and in-house computer system as required
