Job Description

Role summary

The Construction Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the Construction Director in carrying out general administrative duties with a particular focus on co-ordination across several sites.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Director
  • Collate reports for the projects alongside producing weekly and monthly reports
  • Work with project teams to ensure adherence to document management processes
  • Ensure adherence to reporting and processes
  • Update project related trackers on an ongoing basis
  • Co-ordinate monthly meetings with Construction Director and his team; drafting agenda amp; taking/producing minutes
  • Draft emails and correspondence as required
  • Monitor inbox and filing emails for Construction Director
  • Provide diary management
  • Collate papers and prepare packs to support project meetings.
  • Record the minutes of project meetings.
  • Track tasks and project actions, measure and report progress
  • Track and record documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Other adhoc duties as may be required by the company
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Good IT Skills especially excel
  • Administration experience in construction and advantage
  • Be able to deal with construction directors
