Job brief:

Opportunity for a graduate or early career FMCG professional to gain an understanding of all aspects of the Kepak Meat Division, whilst working with the Supply Chain team on;

  • Weekly production plan routines and forecasts
  • Monitoring of Business Unit yield performance
  • Analysis of site level Production Target vs Actual variances
  • Promoting continuous improvement amp; cross functional collaboration/ communication within the Division.


Location: This role can be based of of any of the below locations based on the candidates preference:Ballymahon, Co.Longford

  • Clonee, Co.Meath
  • Kilbeggan, Co.Westmeath
  • Watergrasshill, Co.Cork
  • Athleague,Co.Roscommon


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with site level production plans amp; communication to sites
  • BU Yield monitoring and identification of variances to target
  • Presenting weekly report illustrating variance across key metrics; Procurement variance, Sales variance, Product variance amp; Yield variance
  • Collaboration with site amp; group teams on variances, escalating opportunities for improvement amp; adjusting for improved accuracy of plan
  • Agree continuous improvement actions and monitor delivery of agreed actions, by managing a cross functional routine.
  • Ad-hoc projects when required in support of the Site/ BU/ SC Function
  • Participate in site, functional and group routines
