Job Description
Kepak Longford and Kilbeggan are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team in our busy site’s in Ballymahon and Kilbeggan. This position is full time.
Role Description;
General duties that impact the smooth running of the maintenance department
Engaging with suppliers and contractors
CMMS input and upkeep
Manage weekly and monthly maintenance reporting requirements
Compile required reports from CMMS and others as required
Assist with the management of the safe work permit system
Requesting and receiving RAMS from contractors and planning scheduled work
Assist with site audit requests
Work closely with Technicians to ensure that all purchase and stores procedures are followed
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of;
Administration skills
Computer skills
Excellent People Management and Communication Skills
Positive attitude to work
Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
