Job Description

We are looking for a HR Intern or a pro-active HR Graduate (1-2 years’ experience) who will provide general HR support to our staff globally, manage and keep our employee files fully compliant for internal/external audits, HR Database management, support the wider HR Team, work on special projects, support our recruitment team and act as a point of contact for specific HR areas. The successful candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-moving environment with strong organisational skills and the skills to develop highly effective HR processes, reporting and communications. An interest in developing skills and experience in Human Resources, Admin and Internal Communications is critical.


What will you be doing?

  • Support the HR Team across all areas of the HR Function i.e. Employee Relations, Recruitment amp; Selection, Performance Management, Policies and Procedures, Training and Development, general HR administration and HR/Training and Development Projects
  • Provide a professional HR administration service both within the department and to the company by answering queries and dealing with requests
  • Assist in the maintenance of satisfactory personnel and HR files
  • Update and accurately maintain the HR Systems
  • Provide administrative support for documentation relating to HR policies and procedures
  • Participate fully in any cross functional training initiatives
  • Drive and promote the corporate values of CluneTech within the workplace
  • Other duties as required and directed by the HR Team


Requirements


  • Working to 3rd Level Degree in Human Resources/Business
  • Some administration experience desirable with a good understanding of general Administrative Skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in continuous improvement/change programmes.
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Competent PC literacy
  • Experience using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

NOTE Applicants must be returning to University after the placement to complete their undergraduate degree. Will also consider recent graduates who are looking for 10 months HR experience.
