Job Description

Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.

The Graduate is responsible for supporting the Design Manager in the management of the Design Consultants and liaising between the Design Team and Site teams to assist in the smooth coordination of the project.

The location of the role will be confirmed prior to commencement date and will be subject to operational needs.


Key responsibilities and duties

  • Coordination of design deliverables produced by external design consultants
  • Record the minutes of project meetings.
  • Track tasks and project actions, measure and report progress
  • Tracking and recording of documentation
  • Managing change and reporting to the Project Quantity Surveyors
  • Updating and tracking procurement using the procurement schedule
  • Providing technical input to project delivery teams
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements

  • Recent graduate of Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Architectural Technology / BIM (Building Information Modelling)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Quality focused
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and hard working with a can do attitude
  • IT Literate
