Job Description

As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will help strengthen the relationships with our global partners. Responsibilities for this role are listed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with our global partners - partners are vital to the success of our business, so we need to ensure that we have great relationships with them.
  • Carry out quarterly review meetings with partners (via video conference or in-person).
  • Engage with the Immedis team to understand which partners have areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that partners are meeting their SLAs and take action when they are not performing.
  • Ensure that partners are aware of, and compliant with, Immedis' policies, particularly in the area of data security and GDPR.
  • Update the Commercial Operations Director with the latest status of each partner including the escalation of risks and issues impacting the business.
  • Participate in the selection and vetting process of new partners.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner or client account management.
  • Superb partner engagement skills and confident in engaging with and building relationships with all levels of stakeholders, including C-Level.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be motivated, professional and able to work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic.
  • Payroll experience would be a significant benefit
  • Experience of dealing with different cultures would also be useful.
