Compensation amp; Benefits Specialist

Ryanair, Europe's favorite airline have an excellent opportunity for a Compensation amp; Benefits Specialist to join the Human Resources Team at our Head Office in Swords, Co. Dublin. This is a new position within the organisation, and we are looking to hire an experienced Compensation and Benefits specialist who has International experience working for multinational organisations and some experience working within the IT sector. With 20,000 people working for Ryanair, your role will be varied, and you will work on all areas of the business including the Head Office, Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Operations, Engineering and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Market Benchmarking, reviewing industry compensation amp; trends
  • Responsible for the administration of employee benefit programmes
  • Participate in the annual review process across the business
  • Updating salary matrixes across the business to ensure Ryanair are aligned with market rates
  • Supporting the development and communication of compensation policies and procedures

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Compensation amp; Benefits experience with experience in an International company, including IT industry.
  • Experience in designing and building a compensation and benefits approach across EMEA.
  • Experience working in a large, complex, and matrixed organizations
  • Expert numerical and analytical skills with the ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret, and communicate the data in a logical, concise way.
  • Strong Microsoft application skills Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience or expertise with macros and VB is preferred
  • Analytical acumen ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data
  • Comfortable with technology and working with web-based technology and external vendor tools as required
  • Strong process and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure accurate delivery of products.
  • You have developed and implemented internal role levelling frameworks and have detailed knowledge of market benchmarking techniques.
