What you will do
TetraScience is looking for an Engagement Manager to work in our Professional Services organization.
As a member of the EMEA-based professional service consulting team, you will be doing:
- Work with commercial and pre-sales teams to gather requirements, define, and scope additional features, focusing on nuanced challenges that each customer is trying to resolve
- Design, implement, and test solutions configured on TetraScience’s platform to the needs of the Customer
- Be the single point of contact for all workstreams of the customer’s solution from inception to delivery till go-live
- Support customers during complex enablement or implementation of TetraScience platform by answering questions, resolving configuration or UAT issues, and providing guidance on software usage
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders on both client and internal projects
- Proactively contribute back to Playbooks in forms of best practices, how-to guides, reference implementation, and TetraU training topics
- Lead the delivery team by example to ensure accurate, timely completion of consulting operational functions, including time entry, delivery scrums and related agile processes
Requirements
Your Competencies:
- Technically fluent in Python, AWS, SQL and data schema design; Proven ability to work with technical Ramp;D staff and translate new software features into real world examples
- Demonstrated Program Management experience for a SaaS platform implementation and solution delivery, specifically as they relate to data collection, harmonization, 3rd system integration and automation
- Life science industry experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of those associated specifications, and ability to translate them into cloud solutions.
- Proven ability to think critically and logically to solve complex problems
- Solid analytical and technical skills with regard to cloud applications
- Demonstrated strong collaboration and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
- Experience of working to Standard Operating Procedures
- Willing to travel to office locations and customer engagements
Your Education amp; Experience:
- 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting cloud-based enterprise and application solutions
- Working knowledge of Agile practices
- Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of custom development projects and complex client engagements
- Recognized as a valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
- Ability to build consensus and achieve goals through influence
