Facilities Document Control Technician

We are looking for a Facilities Document Control Technician for our Manufacturing facility in Northern Cross. You will report to the Facilities Manager and become involved in the day to day management of facilities equipment, layout and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Generate and maintain standard operation procedures, forms and certificates related to the facilities department.
• Printing, upkeep and archive of facilities paperwork.
• Performing and documenting the calibration and validation of plant equipment.
• Ensure correct alignment between maintenance procedures and CMMS work orders.
• Manage change controls (CRs) in the Quality Management System
• Work in close contact with the Quality Department to ensure facilities operations are compliant with quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Department on training programs.
• When required, perform preventative maintenance tasks.

What are we looking for?

• 1+ years’ experience working with a Quality Management System.
• Previous experience on packaging/manufacturing automation.
