Job Description

Position: General Administrator

Contract: Full time, 3 Month FTC with possible extension

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare

Salary: 25,500 per annum, Paid Monthly


Rentokil initial is a global leader in Pest Control and one of the leading companies that provide expert Washroom Hygiene, Vending and Floor mat solutions.

We currently have a great opportunity for a General Administrator to be part of our team, this role would be a hybrid role (2 days in the office, 3 from home) and will be based within our head office in Naas. The purpose of this position is to fulfil duties requested by your immediate manager/supervisor as well as all Administration and Clerical duties required.

Requirements

To be considered for the Administration position you will ideally have the following;

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MSOffice Suite
  • Ability to work using own initiative with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent administration, communication, and organisation skill
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as having the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence.
  • Ability to train and support other administrators in the area of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle professionally Sales and Service focused Customer complaints and queries (letters, telephone calls, amp; web view).
  • Interact with customers in a professional courteous manner.
  • Look after all post, inbound and outbound.
  • To have a strong emphasis on supporting field-based technicians with administrative tasks to ensure we deliver an efficient and timely service to all of our customers.
  • Organise and facilitate a team of service personnel on a daily basis in order to maximise service efficiency and productivity. Proactively interact with management and branch personnel with regards to service and customer-related issues.
  • Prepare and distribute work instructions to the service team
  • Run Service Tasks Reports
  • Ensure compliance with set ISO procedures.
  • Day to day interaction with our colleagues and customers on the telephone and through email regarding service and sales delivery.
  • Preparing reports in a clear, concise manner, containing all relevant information, where appropriate
  • General office duties
