Overview

Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the QSP team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to delivering value for our Client demonstrating initiative to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A can-do attitude combined with a customer-centric focus is essential for success in this role.

This role will involve working in a territory as part of the QSP Relief team in the ROI on trade sector. The primary purpose of the role is to carry out dispense line cleaning and equipment maintenance/repair including a slot on every dispense call to complete a variety of key tasks e.g. 7Cs assessments, TRAX, RB tagging etc.

One of the key priorities is to represent Diageo in a professional manner and to deliver their trusted quality programme in the On Trade sector.


The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

  • Completing dispense line hygiene procedure to a scheduled journey plan;
  • To respond to and resolve customer Emergency Calls;
  • Accurate management of equipment stocks in the territory;
  • Accurate recording of Diageo Ireland assets in trade;
  • Stock and equipment reporting in trade;
  • Product Quality Tracking and reporting;
  • To carry out Age of Beer reporting and return beer tagging;
  • To build and maintain strong customer relationships;
  • To assist with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades when required;
  • To carry out tap resites when required;
  • The installation and withdrawal of dispense equipment to include permanent and temporary equipment when required;
  • Delivery and placement of POS material and basic merchandising when required;
  • All of the above to be completed to company standard and within all specified SLA’s;
  • To operate in an effective, efficient and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and client;
  • To work within industry health and safety standards;
  • To generate new ideas and ways of working;
  • To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers;
  • To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks;
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 3 years experience of customer facing role
  • Experience using hand held devices
  • Experience working with tools
  • Experience diagnosing faults

Qualifications:

  • Education to Leaving Certificate
  • Qualification in a trade is desirable
