The Challenge

We are actively seeking a tenured Client Success professional to lead and continue to evolve a world-class Client Strategy Team by developing leaders, empowering the team, fostering collaboration, and encouraging continuous learning.

This is a UK based fully remote opportunity with geographic responsibility for the EMEA amp; APAC regions.


What you can expect from the opportunity

  • Manage a client success team based in the EMEA/APAC regions, working to identify strengths and areas for growth across the team, ensuring a coaching and mentoring approach aligned to our company Strategy, Values and Goals.
  • The successful applicant will be reporting to senior management and Executive C suite on strategic plans, targets and key business deliverables.
  • Be responsible for ensuring customers are realising maximum business value that ultimately results in product adoption, renewals, upsells, revenue growth, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with your existing team to understand client needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Support your team on the resolution of customer challenges.
  • Drive and lead internal relationships with the Business Development Team on renewal and business expansion efforts within existing client accounts.
  • Maintaining continuity with the wider Global Client Success team (US/LATAM).

Requirements

What you need to grow and succeed

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively and productively the Global Client Success team, as well as, cross departmentally with Business Development, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams.
  • We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to illustrate Life Sciences industry experience.
  • 10+ years in client relationship management, applicants must have no less than five years of people management or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to travel to client sites when needed/beneficial to grow relationships (up to 50% travel expected).
  • Ideally located in the UK/ROI - Must have the Right to work within the EU.
  • You will be a strong people manager, experienced in managing various accounts and teams across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our existing internal people and teams, and the company's clients to boost our brand and revenue in the long-run.
  • International experience is essential.
