At Hazel Mountain Chocolate we make exceptional bean-to-bar chocolate. We work directly with farms and distributors to source high quality, direct trade trade, cacao beans and turn those beans into award winning chocolate bars and confections.

We also make all the truffles, marshmallows, bars, and hot chocolate for sale at our store, as well as process many of the ingredients required for those creations.

We offer tours, chocolate tastings, and the purest hot chocolate from our retail shops and cafe.

Requirements

Full time and part time positions available.

• The ability to taste all of our offerings and build your product knowledge
• Sociable and interactive
• Able to talk in front of large groups of people
• Have coffee making experience
• Deliver chocolate tours and tastings
• Reliable, positive, and hardworking
• Good at time management
• Detail-oriented
• Sales experience required
• Compliant with high sanitation and food safety standards.
• Works well in a team environment and on your own
• Appreciation for chocolate and small-batch production
• Weekend Availability
