Who are We Looking For?

We expanding and searching for a Payroll Solution Architect

What will you do?
As part of this team, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle for the next generation's internal and external customer systems which enable our teams and clients to streamline activities across all areas of the business

  • Working directly with customers to analyse payroll requirements in-country and assess design solutions.
  • Continually researching statutory requirements and the impact of onboarding.
  • Ensure adherence to the Immedis Methodology, governance, standards and practice.
  • Solutioning payroll-related onboarding requirements in line with Immedis scope.
  • Work closely with Product teams to roll out new processes that impact onboarding.
  • Ensuring a first-class customer experience to ensure readiness for onboarding.
  • Supporting the onboarding team with new payroll requirements.
  • Collaboration across the onboarding team to find efficiencies and improvements in onboarding processes and ways of working.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across the organization including Commercial, Integrations, Product, Operations, Customer Success etc.
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities and quality-driven results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial environment as a Solution Architect or related solutioning role.
  • Experience working in the Payroll industry
  • Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in business or technology field
  • Previous experience in successful people management great at building and fostering relationships, mentoring and people development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills compassionate and empathic, honest and clear in direction and feedback
  • Experience in process mapping and supporting clear documentation of an end to end service
  • Strong exposure to software and service delivery, knowledge, and experience of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall
  • Knowledge of the global mobility / international payroll market
