Project and Process Manager

We are looking for a Project and Process Manager to join the Operations team.

You will be responsible for the implementation, coordination and planning of new test kit launches from procurement, manufacturing and fulfillment.

Create amp; Execute roadmaps for the introduction of new consumables to be used in the test kits.

The successful candidate will work efficiently, has a strong work ethic and is detail oriented. Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptability to changing business needs by continually learning and applying new skills.

Responsibilities

• Control amp; Manage the NPI (New Product Introduction) roadmap along with the implementation and communication of all changes, creating roadmaps
• Developing and defining product strategy and processes within the Operations department
• Monitor Individual Project Progress and Set amp; Meet Deadlines
• End to end project management for NPI
• Evaluate Project Performance amp; Identify Risks
• Overseeing the risk management process throughout the duration of a given project
• Setting goals for teams and individual contributors
• Owning and developing strategies for the teams’ priorities
• Analyzing data, using that analysis to suggest product changes with Key Stakeholders
• Drive improvements that can be made to the NPI internal user experience

What we are looking for.

• Excellent attention to detail
• Project management experience
• Product amp; Quality Engineering experience
• Relevant experience within a manufacturing setting
• Self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge/Familiarity of delivery documentation/paperwork
