We are looking for several candidates to join our growing Customer Service and Implementation team.
You will join our team and quickly learn our product suite.
You will become an expert in installation of the products, and services for new and existing customers.
You will work with the management team and agree scheduling and installs, as required.
The candidate will be expected to:-- Follow company procedures for the management of technical support and implementation.
- Manage the deliverables with the customers.
- Direct and lead the customers through technical support issues and implementation.
- Be able to communicate clearly and accurately with clients and staff to ensure good continuity and issue management.
- Be competent in managing time and priority.
- Providing technical support when you are not deploying software.
- Production of training material in the form of videos, web pages and documentation.
- Participating in the QA roles of the organisation to ensure that procedures are followed for release and version control.
- Utilise the various systems within the organisation to document and control your work assignments.
- Participate in weekly team communications, to learn about the ambitions of the business and the goals it is working towards.
Requirements
The key requirements include:
- Prior experience with software installation and working with customers.
- Prior experience educating customers in the use of software.
- Prior experience working with customers both remotely and onsite.
- Conduct yourself professionally, with integrity and respect for your fellow team members.
- Be part of a team
Technical skills include:-
- Good IT back ground and skills supporting Windows Server, Windows 10 and 7.
- Some SQL Server experience required.
- Knowledge of SQL queries required.
- Knowledge of IIS 7 an advantage.
- Microsoft Certified qualifications an advantage.
Other
- Full driving licence and own vehicle an advantage.
- Work remotely and onsite with customers.
- Fluent English a requirement.
- Excellent telephone skills.
